2 Sugar Cookie B-up Bars
½ cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1 Tbsp Light Cream Cheese
1 scoop Natural Edge Vanilla Protein Powder
¼ cup Blueberries
¼ cup Strawberries, sliced
¼ cup Blackberries
¼ cup Raspberries
1 Tbsp Pineapple juice
1 Tbsp Orange juice
1 Tbsp corn starch or arrowroot powder
½ Tbsp honey
Flatten and use a glass or cookie cutter to cut the B-up bars into small circles.
Mix Greek yogurt, cream cheese and Natural Edge Protein until fluffy. Spread on the B-up bar cookie base.
Layer fruit on Greek yogurt mixture.
In a sauce pan, combine pineapple juice, orange juice powder and honey, heat on low/med heat until mixture thickens, cool. Drizzle over fruit. (This step is optional. This treat can be enjoyed without the topping; it helps to preserve the fruit if you are going to pre-make these).
