1 Tablespoon raw almond butter
1 Scoop Natural Edge Chocolate Protein Powder
1 Tablespoon carob powder (or cacao, unsweetened cocoa)
1 Tablespoon ground flax
1 Tablespoon oats (use gluten free if needed)
½ Tablespoon coconut oil
5-6 mint leaves (ground) or 3 drops peppermint essential oil or extract
½ Tablespoon Agave Nectar or Honey
Pinch of sea salt (optional)
Place mint leaves a dab of water and agave/honey in blender and puree. Add all ingredients above and roll into balls. Place on wax paper and put in fridge 10-15 minutes to set. Eat immediately or store in the fridge or freezer.
